Disciplined Horsemanship, Operational Integrity, and Active Range Stewardship Across Oregon

Our Core Hiring Creed

Proud Veteran & Second Chance Employer

At Iron Ridge Rangers, we believe character is forged in how you stand todayβ€”not defined by where you've been. Whether you served in uniform defending our Nation or are looking to rebuild your life on solid ground, our boots-on-the-ground operational culture values integrity, accountability, and the courage to outwork your past.

Military Veterans

We actively recruit former military service members because we rely on situational awareness, unit discipline, chain-of-command execution, and calm resolve under pressure. Your service experience directly translates to commercial range patrols and field command across Oregon.

The Western Clean Slate

Out here on the range, the trail ahead matters far more than the dust kicked up behind you. If you possess genuine Western horsemanship, technical skill, an honest handshake, and an unyielding commitment to hard work, we evaluate and respect you for who you are right now.

The Oregon Operational Standard

Our team represents the front line of commercial land stewardship and institutional trust across Oregon. Whether in the saddle along the Cascade timberline, inspecting solar water pumps in the High Desert, or managing client ledgers at Division HQ, candidates must possess professional composure, clear communication, and full compliance with our institutional non-disclosure covenants.
