Daily Leave Care Base Rates
These rates cover core agricultural operations while you are away on vacation or extended leave. Billed per calendar day to provide turnkey infrastructure oversight and husbandry across Oregon holdings.
Standard Homestead Rate
Comprehensive Sub-100 Acre Oversight
- Up to 2 daily visits by a uniformed Ranger
- Standard feeding/watering (up to 5 large animals / 1 poultry flock)
- Complete oversight for working dogs, herd guardians, and barn cats left on-site
- Daily animal companionship, health checks, and welfare monitoring
- Mail and package retrieval to maintain a clean property appearance
- Basic yard watering & daily digital update sent to owner
>100 Acre Patrol Add-On
+$50.00 for every additional 25 acres above 100
- Active mounted or ATV perimeter inspections
- Check boundary wire, timber lines, access gates, and water gaps
- Ensure livestock remain securely contained
- Active field presence for boundary verification, fence-line inspection, and identifying property issues
Heavy Facility / Mucking

- Full daily mucking of horse stalls, barns, and run-in shelters
