Supporting the Heritage and Future of the High Plains
At Iron Ridge Rangers LLC, our commitment to the High Plains extends beyond the ranch perimeters and trust lands we manage. We are deeply dedicated to the preservation of Western heritage, the integrity of the local agricultural community, and the development of the next generation of stockmen and women.
Through pro bono stewardship, event funding, and our ambassador program, we invest directly into the people and organizations that make Northeast Wyoming and the Black Hills region exceptional.
Operational Priority Rule
4-H/FFA, Youth Rodeo, and Memorial Programs take absolute precedence on our calendar. As a working field-operations company, our time and resources are structured to protect the future and honor the past. All other sponsorship, pro bono event logistics, and community requests will only be considered if our calendar allows after these core commitments have been fulfilled.
What We Support
Youth Agriculture (4-H & FFA)
The future of land stewardship begins here. Iron Ridge Rangers proudly participates in regional county fair livestock auctions and supports local 4-H and FFA chapters to ensure young agriculturalists have the resources they need to succeed.
Memorial Programs & Ropings
We honor the legacy of those who built the High Plains agricultural community. We offer pro bono Event & Livestock Stewardship (back-pen logistics and water management), as well as buckle/financial sponsorships for registered memorial ropings and rodeos.
Youth Rodeo Logistics
Ensuring a safe, compliant, and professional environment for young competitors. We provide pro bono livestock welfare and water management services for regional youth rodeo finals and high school rodeo events.
The Iron Ridge Ambassador Program
(Subject to availability). Financial or gear sponsorships for high-character, local roughstock riders, timed-event competitors, or working cowboys who exemplify our standards and wear the Iron Ridge shield in the arena.
Sponsorship & Pro Bono Guidelines
To ensure our resources make the maximum impact within our core operational areas, please review our requirements before submitting a request:
- Geographic Focus: The event, organization, or individual must be based in or primarily serve Northeast Wyoming, the Black Hills (SD), or Southeast Montana.
- Alignment: Requests must be directly tied to agriculture, Western heritage, livestock husbandry, or rural community development. We do not sponsor general athletic teams or out-of-region events.
- Advance Notice: Because our calendar prioritizes retained acreage and youth/memorial events, please submit pro bono stewardship requests at least 90 days in advance of your event.
